穿條機(jī)生產(chǎn)工序需要的步驟:

1、開齒 是用一臺帶有硬質(zhì)滾齒輪的設(shè)備將鋁型材上要穿隔熱條的部分滾出齒來。目的是 通過滾齒使型材的粗糙度增加從而提高組合后型材的剪切力。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)的需要,型材內(nèi)外兩個 部分都要進(jìn)行開齒加工;

開齒穿條設(shè)備使用前要做哪些檢查呢?
What checks should be done before using the toothed threading equipment?
1、清理設(shè)備:在開機(jī)前應(yīng)對設(shè)備的工作臺、機(jī)械加工面、電鍍件表面用沾油棉紗進(jìn)行擦拭,與型材直接接觸部位應(yīng)用干凈的棉紗擦拭干凈,以免污染型材,必要時還可用吹塵對工作臺表面等部位進(jìn)行吹塵清理;
1. Cleaning equipment: Before starting up, wipe the workbench, machined surface, and electroplated surface of the equipment with cotton yarn dipped in oil. Clean the parts in direct contact with the profile with clean cotton yarn to avoid contaminating the profile. 2、檢查緊固件:設(shè)備上機(jī)械連接緊固件的松動通常會導(dǎo)致加工中出現(xiàn)工藝問題,甚會帶來設(shè)備故障或不因素,對于工作中因?yàn)榻?jīng)常調(diào)整或正常使用而有可能松動的緊固件,要經(jīng)常檢查并適時擰緊,以確保設(shè)備在條件下工作;
2. Check fasteners: Loose mechanical connection fasteners on equipment often lead to process problems during processing, and may even cause equipment malfunctions or unsafe factors. For fasteners that may become loose due to frequent adjustments or normal use during work, it is necessary to regularly check and tighten them in a timely manner to ensure that the equipment operates under safe conditions;
3、檢查潤滑部位:對于設(shè)備運(yùn)行中具有相對運(yùn)動的定動接觸面,如機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤滑的部位,應(yīng)根據(jù)運(yùn)動特性等方面的因素,加注潤滑油或潤滑脂進(jìn)行潤滑。具體設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)不同,其潤滑部位及潤滑方式也不相同,需視具體設(shè)備而定。開齒穿條機(jī)在門窗設(shè)備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯(lián)體,每次開機(jī)之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內(nèi)的油面高度,并使之保持準(zhǔn)確的油面高度。
